Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Projects
For custom automation projects with one-time fees:
- Full refund available if requested before work begins
- 50% refund available if requested within 7 days of project start and less than 25% of work is completed
- No refunds after 25% of project is completed or 14 days from start date
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For recurring monthly services:
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
- Service continues until end of current billing period
- No setup fees are refundable after service activation
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email isaacautomationgroup@isaacautomation.com with your request
- Include project/service details and reason for refund
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
4. Service Guarantee
If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (excluding delays caused by client), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Disputes
We aim to resolve all concerns directly. Please contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment processors.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
