1. Services

Isaac Automation Group ("Company", "we", "us") provides AI automation solutions, including but not limited to appointment booking systems, customer service automation, and custom workflow automation.

2. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Service Delivery

Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Services may include one-time setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or both. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, information, and feedback required for project completion.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built automation solutions. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific code in future projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refunds for terminated projects are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
